Items postmarked within 7 days of delivery in the same as new condition, purchased from golfwang.com, will be eligible for an exchange. Only exchanges of equal value items are permitted. 

GOLF will not refund the original shipping charges for both domestic and international orders, with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Washed or worn items are not permitted for an exchange, including jewelry and shoes.

Online purchases are not eligible for exchanges at the flagship store. Additionally, purchases made at the flagship store are not eligible for exchanges online.

We cannot guarantee exchanges and a refund can be issued if your requested exchange is unavailable.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN POSTAGE.

Please include a note in your package that states:

  2. Exchange
  3. Requested Item and Reason for Exchange
