To initiate an international return or exchange request, please visit Returns Portal and fill out the information with your 8-digit order number and the email address used at checkout. Then click on ‘Next’.

Orders postmarked within 7 days of delivery in new (including original packaging), unworn condition, purchased from, will be eligible for a return or exchange. Once your order is shipped and processed back at the warehouse, we will issue a refund or an exchange. This process can take up to 2 weeks after delivery. A notification will be sent to your email used at checkout.

Please kindly note, only variant exchanges are permitted at this time. Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return or exchange, including jewelry and shoes. Final sale items including but not limited to pre-order collections, boxers, briefs and hats, are also not permitted for a return or exchange.

Original shipping charges for orders are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items. Online purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges at retail store locations. Additionally, purchases made at retail store locations are not eligible for returns or exchanges online.

Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used at checkout and will be processed back within 8-­10 business days.
