RETAIL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Beginning August 1st, 2024, store credit will be the only refund option available for returns. Store credit will be issued in the form of a Golf Wang e-gift card or loyalty code unique to each customer.

Orders purchased within 7 days in new, unworn condition, purchased from Golf Wang LA, Golf Wang NYC, and Golf Wang London, will be eligible for a return, for store credit or exchange. If an order is damaged or incorrect, then a refund back to the original payment method will be available. Flagship purchases must be returned back to their original purchase locations. 

Please kindly note, only variant and equal item value exchanges are permitted at this time. Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return or exchange, including jewelry and shoes. Final sale items including but not limited to pre-order collections, boxers, briefs and hats, are also not permitted for a return or exchange.

PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE, FLAGSHIPS ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Online purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges at the retail store locations. Additionally, purchases made at the retail store locations are not eligible for returns or exchanges online.

Returns will be refunded via store credit/e-gift card, or back to the original payment method if applicable. Please allow up to 8-­10 business days for returns to be processed.

Please kindly note we cannot guarantee all exchanges and store-credit or a refund can be issued if your requested exchange is unavailable.
