Orders postmarked within 7 days of delivery in new, unworn condition, purchased from golfwang.com, will be eligible for a return or exchange.
Please kindly note, only variant exchanges are permitted at this time. Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return or exchange, including jewelry and shoes. Final sale items including but not limited to pre-order collections, boxers, briefs and hats, are also not permitted for a return or exchange.
Original shipping charges for orders are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items. Online purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges at retail store locations. Additionally, purchases made at retail store locations are not eligible for returns or exchanges online.
Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used at checkout and will be processed within 8-10 business days of receiving the return.
Please kindly note we cannot guarantee all exchanges and a refund can be issued if your requested exchange is unavailable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to return or exchange washed or worn items.

HOW DO I LOCATE MY 8-DIGIT ORDER ID NUMBER?
Once your order has been processed your order ID will appear on your confirmation page. You will also receive an email confirmation with your 8-digit order ID number.
I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY TRACKING MY ORDER, HOW DO I TRACK IT?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text notification, tracking number, and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to register and update into the courier’s system.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER/LINK IS NOT WORKING?
If you check your tracking immediately after it has been provided to you, it may not be registered into the courier’s system. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. If you are still having difficulty tracking your order, please reach out to Customer Support.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS/INFORMATION ON MY ORDER?
Please make sure all of your account and order information is correct BEFORE you complete checkout.

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/DAMAGED ITEM(S). HOW CAN I GET A NEW ITEM(S)?
Damaged or incorrectly shipped items need to be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact Customer Support.
MY ADDRESS IS CORRECT, AND MY ACCOUNT/TRACKING NUMBER LISTS MY PACKAGE AS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT.
Please reach out to USPS, UPS, or DHL Express for the most up to date information. Please review the shipping policy above. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been shipped.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED?
Once your payment and order has been processed we are unable to edit or make changes to individual items. Your order can be canceled if it has not reached the packing and shipment phase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - MY TRACKING HAS NOT UPDATED FOR A COUPLE DAYS AND APPEARS TO BE STUCK OR LOST.
International order delivery can take up to 8 weeks to arrive to its final destination. Exact order tracking can be difficult. Please check tracking with the courier for the latest updates.
After leaving the US, packages are transferred to the destination country’s customs agents for clearance. Please contact your country's customs facility and postal courier that has received your package to pay any custom fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FEES OR TARIFFS ON MY PACKAGE?
International orders are subject to import and customs fees from the country of destination. Golf Wang has no control over the prices of custom fees and is not responsible for their payment, nor do we include payment of tariffs at checkout.
If you do not wish to pay the import fee, please contact Customer Support before refusing delivery of the package. Please review the shipping policy above regarding international shipments.
CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS SO SHIPPING IS CHEAPER?
